The hotel was reasonably clean. The staff was caring and absolutely courteous. The a la carte restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. The lobby bar was a great spot to hang out.

This place has great services, like a spa lounge to relax in. The rooms are super comfortable with amazing views. You'll also find a safe to keep your belongings secure, a TV with plenty of channels, and a mini fridge stocked with goodies. 😊

The resort had a beautiful pool and beach, and the rooms were clean. The staff were mostly nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including vegan-friendly choices. The resort had many activities and amenities for families with children.

The hotel was new and met all of our needs. The room was spacious and had a beautiful ocean view. The staff was attentive and helpful. We appreciated the early check-in and enjoyed the lobby bar.

Pretty basic food service, but good. At breakfast and lunch there is very little fruit, we had to ask if they could get us since we don't eat much candy. The 3 theme restaurants actually look like 2 because the fisherman is Mexican type but fish. Most of the meals are spicy and we felt that it was prepared very locally. The buffet is not bad but all the meals are stewed and there is little variety of international food, chicken, meat or fish grilled round and round... very simple. Room service we ordered twice and both brought us anything else, a waiter came to the room to understand why we were complaining but never changed the sandwich or brought back the right thing. Very good infrastructure but a service that leaves much to be desired. The head of reception was very kind and helped us to change money on the last day because we had no local money for the taxi.

Beautiful beachfront property with great views, spacious rooms, and multiple dining options. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with easy access to transportation. a fantastic and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time during our recent stay at this place, it had everything we were looking for in a holiday, the staff and service were top-notch, and the location was conveniently close to a beautiful beach and just a short distance from the airport.

We had an incredible stay at Park Royal in Puerto Vallarta. The hotel was a great deal, with spacious rooms and beautiful sea views. The beach was private and stunning, like an oasis. We loved the variety of dining options, with four restaurants and a snack bar to choose from. The staff provided amazing service, especially Fernando at the bar and Gonzalo and Arturo at the Italian restaurant. We also enjoyed the activities and the rooftop pool for adults. The location was perfect, right on the beach and easily accessible to downtown via the bus that stops right outside the hotel. a fantastic experience!
